Confirmation and New Catholics!

Over the weekend, I had the amazing honor of speaking to about 20 adults coming into the Church this Easter.  They are so happy and energized that they were such a pleasure to speak with later over lunch.  They didn't have very many questions, their RCIA program has been evidently very thorough and conscientious about their catechesis.  At one point during the first talk the deposit of faith about Mary was covered.  After the Immaculate Conception and Assumption were discussed, one young woman turned to the person next to her and whispered, "that makes so much sense, isn't that beautiful?"  YES!!  I thought with such happiness....to myself, of course, but what wonder making full circle!
