Don't forget that as Catholics, we must attend Mass on Friday. It's a Holy Day of Obligation, The Blessed Virgin Mary, Mother of God (Theotokos).
How appropriate to start the new year honoring our Heavenly Mother! From whence all love comes. The "glue" that keeps us together is she and all mothers.
Hail Mary! Theotokos!
We turn to you for protection,
Holy Mother of God!
Listen to our prayers and help us in our needs.
Save us from every danger, glorious and blessed Virgin!
May God save us all in 2010!

Happy New Year! We're headed to the FSSP chapel for a sung Mass at 10:30 tomorrow where Jan. 1st is a celebrated as a Holy Day
The diocese suspended Jan 1st as Holy Day of Obligation. Wouldn't want to inconvenience our little Catholics would we?
Sadly it's not a Holy Day of obligation for us though we will attend Mass..
Very Happy New Year to you!
