"Rooted in Love" book review and a GIVE AWAY!!!!!!
This 201-page Catholic woman's resource is divided into five specific parts. In Part One, Donna-Marie talks about discovering ourselves as Catholic women with a vocation and that we must take care of our hearts, minds, souls, and bodies separately and consciously . In Part Two, she talks on the subject of prayer, how prayer is so critical for daily life. I especially agree with Donna-Marie about offering up each day all that we do, say, and think to God in the morning. First thing in the morning, consecrate ourselves to Jesus and let Him know that we need him desperately and depend upon His graces to get though our days.
Donna-Marie continues throughout her book with lessons from her own experiences and shares the many times Christ has been there for her and her family. From her husband's emergency to an encounter with a lady named Nancy with an incredible story, Mrs. O'Boyle keeps her readers intrigued and inspired. I don't want to give any more parts of this wonderful book away, you need to be able to dig into it yourself!
Ave Maria Press generously sent two copies of Donna-Marie's book and I am excited to give one to a reader! Just leave a comment with why you would like to have this book and a way for me to get in touch with you via email. It is my hope that "Rooted in Love" will help inspire all Catholic women, no matter what their vocation, married, single, or religious, to find God in all we do and know that He is with us guiding, loving, and gracing our daily lives.
