"Fleeced"

Been reading a new book called, "Fleeced," by Dick Morris. I got it last night and read the intro and the first chapter. So far from my initial reading one question and a statement comes to mind:

NO ONE NEEDS OR SHOULD HAVE A $161 MILLION SALARY, AND

WHERE IS OUR GOVERNMENT?

The top 3 mortgage lenders' CEOs live extremely comfortably while those with mortgages are not!!!
Merril Lynch CEO, Stan O'Neal left his company with $161 million - AFTER the company's stock crashed by 80%

Citigroup CEO Charles Prince left iwth $68 million - after the company's value dropped by $64 BILLION!!

Countrywide CEO Angelo Mozilo pocketed more than $100 million - after the company's shares slumped from $45 to $5 a share.

Something is VERY wrong here.......YA THINK?

These men are CROOKS and should be in prison, but the government has let them go!!??

These salaries are the result of ignorant shareholders, greedy CEOs, a general culture of greed, and capitalism uninformed by morals. I think at this point the economic meltdown is the only thing that will fix the situation--that, or God.
