My Baby girl is Eleven today...Where does the time GO!

Eleven years ago this morning, my husband and I were ushering two of our children off to predetermined places as we raced on to the hospital to deliver yet another blessing in our lives.

Approximately, twelve noon, Sarah Gretchen arrived. Just as beautiful as the other 2 and just as unique. The tears in my husband's eyes as they handed her to him for the first time made me fall in love with him all over again. (blush)

For the past eleven years, my Knight-in-shining-Armour and I have been completely blissful as we go shopping, attend Mass, visit friends and family, or just simply stroll through the neighborhood with our 2 daughters and son in tow. I have always loved being a mom and my husband loves being a daddy...what a true blessing we have in our family.

Today, the girls will have 4 friends over for homemade cheesecake and sculpey clay making their own advent wreaths and just having a good time laughing and eating snacks in honor of our Sarah's special day.

Dear Lord,

Thank you very much for the many blessings in my life, a wonderful husband, mate, and friend, 3 absolutely perfect children, 2 dogs, 2 cats, a turtle named Betty Jo hibernating in the backyard, and a beta fish named Topaz blowing bubbles in the girls bathroom.

Help me to be the best mom these little folks need me to be and the best wife my Knight-in-shining-Armour needs me to be. Amen.

Love
Ebeth

What a wonderful post! Do you use Seton?

Hi easter a. Yes! We do use Seton! Nothing else! With both girls getting up there in the grades (5th and 7th), Seton has provided the most support and disciplined curriculum.
